REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At Aeltreom, your satisfaction is our priority. Because we work with third-party fulfillment partners to ship products directly to you, we operate a returnless refund policy — meaning in most cases, you will not need to ship anything back to receive a resolution.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as described, we will make it right. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery at randal@aeltreom.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or short video showing the issue
We will review your submission within 1–2 business days and issue either a full refund to your original payment method or a free replacement — your choice.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you received an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at randal@aeltreom.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will send the correct item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
ITEMS NOT RECEIVED
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your confirmed shipping notification, contact us at randal@aeltreom.com and we will investigate with the carrier. If the item is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or resend the item at no charge.
CHANGE OF MIND
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases once an order has been placed and fulfilled. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
FOOD-CONTACT PRODUCTS
For hygiene reasons, beeswax food wraps and silicone baking mats that have been opened and used are not eligible for return. Refunds for these items are only issued in cases of damage, defect, or ncorrect item received.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
