SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
SHIPPING TIMES
All Aeltreom products ship from US-based warehouses.
Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days after processing
Expedited Shipping: where available, 2–4 business days after processing
Please note: shipping times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons (November–December holidays) or due to carrier disruptions outside our control.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be displayed on the product page or at checkout.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at randal@aeltreom.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and provide a resolution.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Aeltreom is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at randal@aeltreom.com — we will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.
